Delete your account
You can have your FuelLedger account and everything your business recorded permanently removed. This page explains exactly what happens, and starts the process.

Export your records first. Deletion cannot be undone, and there is no import. Settings → Data Export produces a CSV of every table your business owns — shifts, cash, customers, suppliers, stock and staff.
01What gets deleted
Everything belonging to your business: shifts and meter readings, the cash book and expenses, credit (udhaar) customers and their balances, suppliers and their ledgers, tanks and stock, staff records, saved reports, notifications and every user login on the account, including your managers.
What we keep: the minimum record of your activation payment that our own bookkeeping requires — the amount, date and reference. It contains no operational data about your pump and identifies nothing beyond the business name.
02Who can delete it
Only the business owner. A manager holds a real login on the same business, but the books they are audited by are not theirs to remove — they can ask us instead, and we will confirm with the owner first.
03Ask us to delete it
You do not need to sign in. Enter the email address on the account and we will confirm to that address before doing anything. We complete verified requests within 30 days.
